In our office, we utilize the most recent advances in endodontic technology to help you save your natural teeth. We are equipped with specially designed high-resolution microscopes that allow our doctors to easily view and treat the tiny canals within your tooth.

We use Kodak's digital x-ray system to help diagnose and document treatment. The electronic sensors allow radiographs to be viewed chair-side immediately after they are taken. This system also allows us to save the x-ray in your patient file as well as send a printed copy to your general dentist for his or her records.

Completing endodontic treatment requires great precision as the canals in your tooth are very small. Several specialized instruments are incorporated in the procedure to achieve the most accurate result. An electronic apex locator aids in determining the lengths of canals without taking multiple x-rays. We also use ultrasonic tips to assist in the removal of posts and metal instruments as well as to search for calcified canals. Small, nickel-titanium files are utilized for the delicate process of cleaning and shaping the canals.
